Telephone: Our telephone support number is 562-869-2105. We will provide telephone and on line support service for any question or problems  regarding software or billing service between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Email: Our email address for support is Support@medical-billing.org. We will provide email support service for any questions or problems regarding software or billing service the same day or if we received your email after hours, the next business day.

Fax: Our FAX number is 562-869-1605.  During our business hours, we will reply according to your request as soon as we receive your FAX.  After hours FAX documents will be handled the next business day.
